Target groups

First group:

Youth workers

Youth workers from partner organizations who will gain knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to fake news.

The project aims to train 24 youth workers from participating countries, enhancing their ability to work with young people in identifying and combatting fake news.

This international dimension allows for broader dissemination of project outcomes.

Second group:

Organizations

The involved organizations themselves, as well as other organizations, form the second target group.

They will benefit from the project outputs through the creation of a partner network. Trained youth workers will expand their organizations' activities and improve the quality of their work with young people.

The project will establish a platform with a variety of resources, enabling youth workers to spread media literacy and raise awareness about fake news.

Additionally, a non-formal network of 30 local organizations and institutions will be formed to share resources, knowledge, and experiences. This network will not only increase the reach of the project's results but also support other organizations in the community to address this issue effectively.

Third group:

Young people

The project targets young people directly. After the implementation, they will participate in educational activities focused on recognizing and developing critical thinking regarding fake news.

By training youth workers, the project aims to reach as many young people as possible who encounter fake news on a daily basis.

Young people will benefit from the acquired knowledge and skills, as youth workers apply them in their practical work.
